We offer a variety of ways for you to receive, host, and support your software solution. Our preferred and lowest-cost approach for us, and therefore for you, is to implement Software as a Service (SaaS). This means no software imprint at your site. No hardware for you to buy. No systems for your IT to group to manage, upgrade or hassle with in any way. All your users do is access our browser-based applications via the internet to get up and running. Need an application patch? We’ll implement without ever having to incur the cost to come to your offices. And we’ll run your specified test cases prior to putting your changes into production. Under an Saas plan, you’ll pay us an up-front implementation charge and then a monthly subscription. If Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) is important to your organization, you’ll like what we have to offer for SaaS.
On Premise means a traditional implementation on your servers, managed by your team. For a variety of reasons some clients prefer this approach. Many clients feel they can manage TCO better by installing and supporting an application in their own technical environment. If that’s your preference, we’re happy to help you accomplish your goals. We’ll provide the technical specifications for our software and help your team get up and running in your environment.
You want new software, but you also want to use it as effectively as possible. You want to improve your business processes, make your organization more efficient, allow yourself to grow effectively. We can help. We’ve worked in your business, and we’ve seen good and bad implementations of all kinds. We have significant experience helping clients not just implement, but improve. We’ll offer our years of experience to help you get the most out of your new system. Our implementation methodology includes reviewing processes and offering improvements. Want more? Let one of our certified integration partners offer their objective approach to best use of the systems. We welcome working with energy-experienced consultants, and we understand the important role they play for you and for us in implementations.
